I was born in Philadelphia, Pa in 1948. I spent most of my life where I was born and went to Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pa. for my three degrees which are listed below. I worked as a research engineer with DuPont Chemical Co in the area of fiber reinforced plastics and obtained three US Patents for Aramid Matrix Composite Materials. I wrote numerous research papers in the field of the durability of fiber reinforced composites. After 14 years, I changed careers to become an educator, teaching 2 years with the School District of Philadelphia and the last 28 years teaching Physics at Plano Senior High and Plano West Senior High.
