I am a proud product of Plano ISD, attending Renner Middle School, Shepton High School, and Plano West Senior High School in 2003. 

I received my undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University. I am currently working on my Master's and PhD at SMU, studying Humanities with a concentration in Literature. 

This is my 10th year of teaching, 6th in Plano ISD. I enjoy working with students and sharing my love of literature with them.
