Coach Shaw is in his first year at Plano West. He serves as both an iLeap teacher and Head Boy's Basketball Coach. Coach Shaw is in his 11th year in education and 16th coaching. When asked what it means to be at Plano West, Shaw said "I'm so excited to be here at West and in this community. It's truly a great time to be in Plano ISD and I'm excited to see what all of our kids can achieve! I'm grateful to be a part of it."
