A Verification of Enrollment approved by PISD is needed for all students to take driver’s education, or to get a learner's permit or driver’s license. The PISD online VOE request form can be found at https://myforms.pisd.edu/Forms/VOE or on the Jasper website under Resources. After the request is completed, the approved VOE will be emailed to the email address on the request. Be sure to check your "Clutter" or "Junk" mailboxes. 

Please plan ahead and submit your request at least 48 hours in advance of your need.  Last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.  VOE’s requested after the last day of school until school resumes in August may take up to 14 days to be processed, so please plan accordingly.  

By law, you can only receive a VOE form is you have been in attendance 90% of the days in the previous semester.  If you do not recieve this form, the State of Texas will not issue a permit or license for you.  Please be aware that this law allows for no exceptions.
