Entering his 30th year of coaching and 17th year as a head football coach and athletic administrator.  Coach White comes to Plano Sr. High School from Brentwood Academy in Brentwood Tennessee where he led the football program to four state championships, four semi-finals, and two quarterfinals in his 11 seasons as the head coach.  He has previous experience in Texas as an assistant at Huntsville, Montgomery, Odessa Permian, and Highland Park.  He was the head coach and athletic director at Denison where he led the Denison program to a regional final and a semi-final appearance.

Coach White is a graduate of Baylor University with a B.S. in education.  He received his M.Ed. in school administration from Southeastern Oklahoma University.  He has been married to Lori White for 29 years and they have three daughters: Ashlynn (24 years old) who currently teaches in Denison and is a graduate of Mississippi State University, Kate (21 years old) who is currently a junior at Baylor University, and Lauren (17 years old) who will be attending the United States Naval Academy this Fall.
