Hello! This is my 21st year as a high school teacher and I am excited to be in my tenth year in Plano ISD at Plano Senior High School. I'm looking forward to sharing the love of a mess in the pursuit of artistic expression with my students and seeing their individual and collective growth in confidence, creativity, and craft.

After graduating high school from Martin in Arlington, I earned my BFA in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em Horns!) and later my AA in Computer Animation and Multi-Media from The Art Institute of Dallas. I worked for several years as a web designer and graphic artist outside of Washington DC and in Dallas before coming to my senses and becoming an art teacher.

I am currently teaching Art I: 3D Design & Sculpture, Art II:2D Design, Art III, and Creative Writing. I am also the sponsor of our campus' chapter of the National Art Honor Society.
