ADA Dropoff & Seating

Dropoff

ADA Dropoff will take place at the Media Entrance.

Guests needing mobility assisted entry are encouraged to enter the site from the north along Gaylord Parkway.

A wheelchair team will be available at this location to escort guests to available ADA Seating.

Seating

Once inside Ford Center, there will be ADA seating around the concourse level that does not require any stairs to get to the seats.

The Media Entrance is on the same level as the concourse so you will not have to use stairs to reach a seat.

There is limited ADA seating along the concourse. We advise to arrive as soon as the doors open to avoid any stairs. 

8:30 AM — ADA Dropoff opens for Plano West Senior HS
1:30 PM — ADA Dropoff opens for Plano East Senior HS
6:30 PM — ADA Dropoff opens for Plano Senior HS

Shuttles    

Plano ISD shuttles will run from Frisco Station to the Surface Lot for Plano ISD staff and guests.

ASL Interpreters

ASL Interpreters will be on stage for the Plano ISD Graduations.  

Sign language translators can be made available at all graduation ceremonies. Because Plano Senior High School is home to the Regional Day School for the Deaf, arrangements for interpretation at this ceremony have already been made. Please plan to sit in section 108 if you would like to take part in this service.

Graduate Check-In

• Graduates will arrive 60 minutes prior to the start of their ceremony, park in any open lot, and enter through the Loading Dock using the pedestrian stairs.
• They will be screened prior to entering Ford Center.
• Graduates will check-in inside the North Corridor and then be directed to their correct line by Plano faculty and staff.
• The graduate lines will stage in the Field Level Corridors on all sides (North, South, East, West).
• Graduates needing wheelchair access are encouraged to enter at the Media Entrance and will be directed to the North Corridor for check-in.

8:30 AM — Plano West Senior HS graduate screening begins
1:30 PM — Plano East Senior HS graduate screening begins
6:30 PM — Plano Senior HS graduate screening begins

Graduates Exit

After the ceremony, graduates will meet family and guests at the Tostitos Championship Plaza.

Ford Center Bag Policy is in effect for this event. Ford Center has instituted a policy that limits the size and types of purses and bags entering Ford Center on event days for all events. Ford Center strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags to the venue.

Should bags be needed, approved items include:

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC totes that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” 
• Clear one-gallon re-sealable storage bags 
• Small clutch purses/bags approximately the size of a hand – not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5” in size – with or without a handle or strap 
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags and binocular & camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

Lost and found is located at our Guest Services Booth.  Guest Services is located along the East Concourse.

Event Day Credentials & Field Access

Anyone entering the stadium should be:

• verified to work,
• have a credential,
• have a ticket, or
• be a student participating in graduation.
