About Our School
As a two-time National Blue Ribbon School, and a Texas Exemplary School, Plano Senior High School has a long history of academic excellence and innovative programs that meet the needs of its highly diverse community. Housing only juniors and seniors, PSHS offers a full range of courses in all academic areas including honors and Advanced Placement.

About Our Community and District
Plano is a suburban community of approximately 288,000 residents located just north of Dallas. The Plano Independent School District is comprised of 48 elementary schools (Pre-K - 5), 13 middle schools (6 - 8), 6 high schools (9 - 10), 3 senior high schools (11 - 12), and 3 academies (9 – 12). The district serves over 54,000 students. More than forty percent of the staff holds advanced degrees.

Dual Credit
Students are able to gain dual credit in Honors US History, Honors Government, Honors Economics, Honors English 3, Honors English 4, Pre-Calculus and/or Multivariable Calculus through concurrent enrollment with Collin College.
