Professional Communication

Students will learn communication processes; interpersonal/intrapersonal skills; team-building and team problem-solving; conflict and anger management processes; research, writing, proper procedures for building a speech or presentation; business practices, including creating their real resume.

The Jasper Communications Team recommends that students take this course during their 9th or 10th grade year because the skills learned enhance their research and writing skills, ability to work in teams, critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and self-confidence.
