• The Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures® (BSBF) mobile van unit (MVU) will visit the Plano ISD and City of Plano Back to School Fair! Your child will be screened by an oral health professional and will receive a new toothbrush, toothpaste sample, brushing chart, and list of offices for dental care if needed. This visual dental screening does not replace a regular dental check-up and visit.

    • Staff and supplies are limited so the dental screenings on The Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures® (BSBF) mobile van unit may be discontinued if supplies or time runs out.
    • We cannot guarantee that everyone will be seen.
    • This should not replace any regular dental check-up and visit.

  • Who Can Get Dental Screenings

    • Current Plano ISD students
    • Ages 4-12  

  • What to Bring

    • A printed copy of the filled out consent form. 
      • (Electronic proof cannot be accepted.  A paper copy must be provided.)
    • Parent or guardian must be present.

     

  • Services Provided

    During this visit, the Bright Smile, Bright Futures team will provide: 

    • Free dental health and well-being education.
    • Conduct visual dental screenings.
    • Teach your child how to take care of their bright smile.
