• Annual Registration for Existing & Newly Enrolled PISD Students

    Each year, parents of existing and newly enrolled Plano ISD students must update several annual registration requirements using the Plano ISD Parent Portal (https://www.parentportal.pisd.edu)

    Parents must complete/update the following:

  • Emergency Card

    • Emergency Contacts (PASAR Pickups)
    • Release Form for Publications
    • Video & Electronic display of Student Work
    • Other Student Authorizations
    • Health Information

     Fees (Some Campuses) 

    • Student ID
    • Parking Pass
    • Transcripts
    • Other fees as required by campus

    • Student Policy Packets
    • Statement of Consent Form
    • Student Information Release Form
    • PTA Consent Form
    • Free and Reduced Lunch Information
