  • September 30, 2020 Is the Final Date for Your Response to the 2020 U.S. Census

    Don't miss this opportunity to help your Plano ISD community and help shape Texas' future. The goal for the Census is to get a complete count of everyone—once and in the right place. With $675 billion dollars in funding for schools, childcare, community improvement projects and social services your response affects:

    • Medicare/Medicaid
    • SNAP
    • CHIP
    • The National School Lunch Program
    • Head Start Title IX funding
    • Federal Pell Grants and other educational grants
    • The number os congressional seats each state receives

    There are three easy ways to respond to the 2020 Census: responding online, on responding by phone at and responding by mail via the questionnaire or postcard sent to your home.
