At the October 5 board meeting, the Plano ISD Board of Trustees welcomed the following new administrative appointment for the 2021-22 school year. 

Chad Stoker
Principal, Mitchell Elementary School

Mr. Stoker now in his second year with Plano ISD has been named the principal of Mitchell Elementary School. He is a former assistant principal at Mitchell and has served as an assistant principal, teacher and instructional specialist at several other school districts in Texas.
