Thirteen Plano PTAS have Earned the National PTA School of Excellence Designation

Plano ISD National PTA Schools of Excellence were recognized by the Board of Trustees on October 1, 2019 and include: Barksdale Elementary, Boggess Elementary, Haun Elementary, Gulledge Elementary, Harrington Elementary, Hickey Elementary, IB World School at Huffman Elementary (selected for the honor three times), Hughston Elementary, Mathews Elementary, Mitchell Elementary and Wyatt Elementary Schools, Pearson Early Childhood School and Robinson Middle School.
