• Physical Education Courses

    Physical Fitness Assessment

    Each student identified by the Texas Education Agency will participate in an annual physical fitness assessment.  The Fitnessgram assessment instrument will contain criterion-referenced standards specific to a student’s age and gender based on the physical fitness level required for good health.  Good health components will include aerobic capacity, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and a flexibility assessment.
