The College Board, which administers the PSAT and SAT, recognizes academic excellence through its National Recognition Programs. The Plano ISD seniors listed below have been designated as Recognition Program scholars based on their remarkable academic achievements and outstanding performance on the PSAT and/or AP scores and in their classrooms.

Students who take the PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10 or AP Exams and are African American or Black, Hispanic American or Latinx, or Indigenous, may be invited to apply for academic recognition as part of the College Board National Recognition Programs. Although not a monetary scholarship, this designation can be included on college and scholarship applications. Colleges may use this honor to identify students from underrepresented groups who have excelled.
