Youth Musicians Association
Purpose:
The goal of the Youth Musicians Association PESH is to help those with musical interest pursue their ambitions, and generally enjoy everything music has to offer. Alongside organizing events that will be fun and rewarding for musicians, we will build a community where musicians can talk about everything music. In terms of the activities we plan on organizing, here is our current list: perform at public venues such as senior homes and other areas, host interviews with professional musicians around the world about life as a professional musician, hold friendly competitions that spark creativity such as a composition contest, as well as providing opportunities for the students to partake in leadership positions such as having student-led masterclasses. Essentially, our main goal is to build a community of musically-interested students who seek to create and experience opportunities in music performance and education, and lead the world's next generation of musicians.
