Hello all,

I am an educator committed to collaborative learning that engages students, staff, families, and the community. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Childcare & Family Education, Curriculum & Instruction from Jackson State University, and my Master's Degree in Counseling and Development from Lamar University.   As a special education teacher, I provide inclusive and small-group instruction to secondary students with special needs. I am in my 11th year of teaching at Plano East, where I will be implementing new and exciting things for my students as well as the Panther Pride Special Needs Athletic Programs Basketball team here at Plano East.  This is also my 11th year as the "Self Proclaimed" Special Needs Athletic Director and Head Coach for the Panther Pride Special Needs Athletic Program.
