After practicing as a physical therapist in hospital settings for 20 years, I decided to teach for this specific position: Practicum in Health Science I and Pharmacology; this is my ninth year at East. As I tell my students regularly, there is no greater vocation than to work with these motivated, compassionate teens and to watch them transform into capable young professionals.

My husband of 30 years and I have three adult children who all graduated from PISD. We both graduated from JJ Pearce in Richardson and are passionate about giving back to our community. I sponsor or co-sponsor two clubs at East including HOSA (the pre-healthcare club) and love helping students get plugged in socially. I am best reached via email.
