Hello!

My name is Ms. Jimin Cheon. 

This is my first year at Plano East and eighth year in education. 🍎🍏 I will be teaching Environmental Systems and AP Environmental Science this school year. Before becoming a teacher, I was a research assistant for the University of Guam Plant Pathology Laboratory. 

I received my M.Ed. in Education Administration from Lamar University and B.A.Ed. in Science Education from the University of Guam.

Growing up in the Marianas, my journey in education has been shaped by a deep-rooted passion for environmental awareness and protection. I am excited about teaching my favorite subject this year! 🌴
