Hello.  I am the Director of Bands here at Plano East.  I teach the Wind Ensemble and Percussion Classes as well as assist with the Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Varsity Band, and Jazz Ensemble.  All three of us work together to teach the Marching Band.  Please feel free to reach me at john.brennan@pisd.edu for any questions or call 469-752-9238.

  • Tutorials happen during the spring semester.  Schedule to be announced in class in late November and early December.  Times are 8:00-8:50 and 4:40-5:30 pm on Mon-Thu each week.  Students will all be in ONE 1 hour block of time for section rehearsals each week.  Individual tutoring with a private teacher can happen during their band class, at lunch, or after school.  I can be available for individualized instruction as well.  Students may see me personally to set that up.  Thank you.
