Resolving Complaints & Concerns - Counseling/Guidance
-
Plano ISD is dedicated to caring and our goal is to provide excellent customer service to our families and community. This page provides details on how to get your questions answered, provide feedback or resolve concerns in the shortest amount of time possible. You have a voice and we want to hear it. Your first step should always be to communicate directly with the person closest to the matter (classroom, program, event, etc). The district believes it is in the best interest of everyone involved to informally resolve concerns if at all possible. Concerns should be expressed as soon as possible to allow early resolution at the lowest possible administrative level. These pages will tell you whom to contact, when and how.
