- PASAR Fees
Important Information to Know

PASAR does not issue credits/refunds for illnesses (this includes COVID) or bad weather days that result in district closure.

If a student is removed from the program due to non-payment, the parent must re-enroll the student and pay the registration fee again, along with any past due balance, to be in PASAR. If the student’s campus is full, the contract will remain "pending" and will be processed in the order it is received.
Important: The customer’s email address is the primary method of contacting all customers via the Child Care Financial Services office. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure his/her email is current in the Eleyo database.

To withdraw from PASAR, the account balance must be current and the withdrawal form must be completed by logging into your Eleyo PASAR Account. All withdrawals submitted by Tuesday of each week will be effective the following week..
Any account balance must be paid before submitting the withdrawal form.

Due to limited enrollment, we are not accepting start date changes.
Late Pick-up Fees

A $30 late pick-up fee is charged for each student picked up 1 - 10 minutes past 6:30 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and past 6 p.m. on Fridays.
A fee of $1 is charged for each minute past the first 10 minutes until the students are picked up.
The fee is charged for each student picked up late, not one late pickup fee per family.
Late pick-up fees apply to Non-School Day Care and Summer PASAR.

PASAR is a prepaid program and tuition will be invoiced every Wednesday and due that Friday for the following week.
The weekly tuition is based on the number of school days for that week.

Non-refundable yearly registration fee: $75 first student/$60 for each additional student.

To calculate the exact weekly fee for multiple students, please multiply the weekly fee times the number of students in the family.
For example, if you have 2 students, the fee for
August 13 - 16, 2024 will be $128.00 ($64.00 x 2 = $128.00)
August 19 - 23, 2024 will be $160.00 ($80.00 x 2 = $160.00)

If your student qualifies for free or reduced lunches, you are eligible to receive the discounted rate for PASAR. In order to receive the discounted rate, you will need to submit a copy of the 2024 - 2025 Food And Nutrition Approval Letter (FANS Approval Letter) with a "Start Date" of July 1, 2024, or later date.
Once you receive your FANS Approval Letter, and you would like to receive the discounted PASAR tuition rate, you MUST email it as soon as possible to pasar@pisd.edu.
If the PASAR Office has not received the FANS Approval Letter, it cannot verify a student's eligibility, and the discounted PASAR rate cannot be applied.
Please note, All contracts will be approved and charged the standard rate unless we have a FANS Approval Letter on record. If the FANS Approval Letter is received in our office AFTER your contract has been approved, the discounted rate will be applied to the next weekly billing cycle and a credit adjustment will only be issued for the previous two weekly billing cycles.
After you receive your FANS Approval Letter, please send it to pasar@pisd.edu as soon as possible so we can ensure you are receiving the discounted PASAR rate in a timely manner.For information regarding 2023-24 Meal Program Application, please visit the Food and Nutritional Services website.

To recieve the Employee Rate for PASAR, full-time, contracted district employees must use their district email address to set-up their Eleyo account when registering their student(s) for PASAR. If you are a long-term substitute (single assignment of 21 days or longer), to receive the employee rate, your position/assignment will need to be verified via human resources.
