PASAR is a pre-paid proram.
The Consistent Schedule (monthly care) tuition is due by student’s start date; then going forward is due by the 1st of each month.
When payments are late, students are subject to removal from the program. If a student is removed from the program due to nonpayment, the parent will have to re-enroll the student and pay the registration fee again, along with any past due balance, for the student to be re-enrolled in PASAR. If there is a waitlist at the student’s campus, the contract will be placed on the waitlist in the order it is received. Please see “Suspension Due to Non-Payment” for more details.
Payments are made online https://pisd.ce.eleyo.com
Students must be enrolled in Plano ISD and have a Student ID number, be enrolled in grades Pre-K through 5th grade, including Head Start, Beaty ECS, Isaacs ECS and Pearson ECS.
All students - new and returning - must enroll each year.
The parent or legal guardian, using his/her own credentials when logging onto Eleyo and registering their student(s) for PASAR will be the owner of the contract and the PASAR customer. The PASAR customer is responsible for the financial account and is accountable for timely payments.
Online registration will require the payment of any outstanding balance and the registration fee for the contract to be approved. The approval process can take up to 3 days.
The registration fee is non-refundable. The registration fee will be charged once the contract has been accepted and you will be notified of acceptance by email. (Please see Fee Chart for cost – https://www.pisd.edu/Page/20620 ).
Consistent Schedule (monthly) is for students who need daily care each week (not occasionally).
The online enrollment system will offer the days available to start. If a day is grayed out, the day is not available.
The start date, entered by customer, determines the amount of the tuition payment. The tuition is due even if the parent does not send the student(s) to PASAR on this “start date.”
Any changes to the start date require a payment of $30 and proper form completed at https://pisd.ce.eleyo.com
Please see the Fee Chart at https://www.pisd.edu/Page/20620
