Screen Time
Teachers, please monitor your student's screen time usage. (This is likely more useful for teachers of students who do a lot of online learning, but the tips are helpful regardless of what subject or grade that you teach!)
- Every 20 minutes, students should look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
- This will provide students with a much needed mental and visual break.
