Form Publisher
Form Publisher is a Google Forms add-on that turns submissions into Google Docs, Sheets, or PDFs and is useful for sending feedback to users easily. For example, on a teacher walk-through form. Watch the video below to learn how it works!

Troubleshooting
Problem: Your Form Publisher suddenly stopped generating files and sending emails.
Solution: Open the Form Publisher "Status & quotas" menu, disable Form Publisher Status, and then re-enable it (turn it off and then back on).
