What to do if a student is missing from Amplify
Amplify missing student instructions
If a student appears in your enrollment summary, but not in mCLASS, then the student might be missing a TSDS Unique ID. Here’s how you check:
- Open Skyward and open the student's profile.
- Across the top you will see the student information (name, indicators, student number, etc.)
- If the TSDS Unique ID is missing:
- Ask your CTA to create a help desk ticket: The category (class) they will route the ticket to is “Online Textbooks; Other (Not Listed)”. Include the subject line “Amplify Missing Student”.
