• What if I can't access the G-W online resource?

    Staff and students should follow these steps if they cannot access a G-W online resource.

    2. Confirm that the user's Google account is connected in Webdesk - instructions are here!

    3. If the first two steps do not resolve the issue, please ask the campus CTA to submit a Help Desk ticket.
