I. How to Log in for the First Time (Staff and Students)

• Users must first authenticate their PISD accounts with our FigJam district account
• First time login click sheet
  • Go to figma.com/login.
  • Click the black "Log in " bar. DO NOT enter an email address. 
  • Click "Continue with Google"
  • Select your PISD email account to authenticate into the FigJam district account.

II. FigJam - Online Collaborative Whiteboard

• Go to figma.com/login. Select "Continue with Google" with your PISD email account. (If this is your first time logging in, please follow Step I above).

III. Migrate Google Jamboards to Figjam

Import Google Jamboards to FigJam
Migrate existing Google Jamboard files to FigJam in a few steps:

1. Open the Figma file browser.
2. From Recents, Drafts, or a project, click Import at the top right of the page.
3. Select From Jamboard.
4. Sign in and follow the steps to connect your Google Drive.
5. Select the Jamboard files you want to import.
6. Imported files are added to your file browser. To add content from a Jamboard to an existing FigJam file, you can copy and paste objects between FigJam files.

IV. FigJam on the iPad

Follow these steps to install and configure the FigJam app for seamless use on your iPad:

1. Install the FigJam App

   • Open the Self-Service app on your iPad.
   • Search for FigJam and install the application.
   • (For detailed installation guidance, refer to the video: [Installing Apps from Self-Service]).

2. Sign in to FigJam

   • Open Google Chrome and navigate to figma.com.
   • Click Sign in with Google and enter your PISD credentials.

3. Launch the FigJam App

   • Open the FigJam app on your iPad.
   • Sign in using your PISD email to sync your files and access your FigJams.

Once signed in, you can control and collaborate on FigJam boards directly from your iPad.
