• Digital Resource Troubleshooting

    1. Double-check that you have the correct tile installed on Webdesk
    2. Be sure that you are using Google Chrome as your web browser.
    3. Make sure your Chromebook is updated.
      1. Click on the time on the bottom right of your screen.
      2. Select the Settings gear. 
      3. At the top left of the window, click the 3 lines and select About Chrome OS.
      4. Click CHECK FOR UPDATES.
    4. Check that you have the Classlink One-Click Extension installed from the Chrome Web Store. Installation link
    5. Clear your cache in Chrome. Instructions
    6. Update the LDAP in Webdesk (verify your password). Instructions
